Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Deveval ("Service"), operated by DINTELLEGENCE LAB PTE. LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Deveval is an AI-powered developer performance analytics platform that analyzes GitHub repository data to generate developer evaluation reports. The Service requires a paid subscription for full access.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Subscription and Payment

The Service offers Free, Starter, and Team subscription tiers. Paid features require a subscription billed per seat. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate.

Data and Privacy

We access GitHub data only with your explicit authorization. We do not store your source code beyond what is necessary for analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, share your account with others, or use the Service to harass or discriminate against individuals based on evaluation results.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, scoring methodology, and UI, is owned by DINTELLEGENCE LAB PTE. LTD. Evaluation reports generated for you are licensed for your internal use.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@developereval.com with a description of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, and your contact information. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
