Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@developereval.com. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. After the 7-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused months at our discretion. Contact us at support@developereval.com to discuss your situation.
Service Availability
If the Service experiences prolonged unavailability (more than 72 consecutive hours of downtime not caused by scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control), you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@developereval.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
