• GitHub data: commits, pull requests, reviews, and issues from repositories you authorize.

• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Service.
• Generate developer performance evaluations.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about the Service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• DeepSeek for AI-powered code analysis. We send commit diffs, pull request metadata, and review statistics for evaluation. Personally identifiable information is excluded from analysis payloads where technically feasible.
• Resend for transactional email delivery (notifications, login links, invitations).
• Cloudflare (R2 storage and Turnstile CAPTCHA) for file storage and bot protection on authentication forms.
• Neon for cloud database hosting.
• Vercel for application hosting.
• Inngest for background job orchestration.
• Linear for optional issue tracking integration, if connected by you.
• Law enforcement when required by law.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: to provide the Service you have subscribed to.
• Legitimate interests: to improve and protect our Service, and to communicate with you about your account.
• Consent: for optional data processing where you have given explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. GitHub data used for analysis is retained for the duration of your evaluation period plus up to 90 days. You may request data deletion at any time. Deleted data is removed from our active systems within 30 days; backups may retain residual copies for up to 90 days.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and Singapore. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

• GitHub install cookie: temporary cookie used during GitHub App installation (15 minutes).

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
